Postprandial Somnolence is a play on the after dinner dip, the aftermath, or remnants of a feast. The architect Camille Lacadee & artist/chef Luce McKenna work closely together to imagine this uncanny dining experience.
Classic techniques combine with molecular gastronomy. Texture and form are carefully considered to construct each component of this post- epic feast.
